Inuti delivered a strategic redevelopment of Johnson Matthey’s Royston headquarters, consolidating R&D, office, and battery systems divisions into one future-ready environment.
The 87,500 sqft project encompassed complete strip-out, reconfiguration, and turnkey fit-out of ageing 1980s facilities — creating high-performance laboratories and workplace environments aligned with Johnson Matthey’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Our role extended from masterplanning and stakeholder engagement through to detailed design and construction, ensuring minimal disruption to operations throughout the 42-week phased programme.
