UncommonBio
Converting industrial shells into a cultured meat innovation hub — 17,000 sqft of tailored labs and pilot plant space to fuel rapid growth in food-tech.
Inuti transformed three industrial units in Cambridge into a 17,000 sqft R&D and pilot facility for UncommonBio — a rapidly scaling company developing cultured meat technologies.
The brief called for complete feasibility, design, and delivery of tailored laboratory, pilot plant, and support spaces, all within a challenging existing structure and tight timeline.
We worked closely with the client from day one, helping define technical requirements and align infrastructure upgrades with regulatory and leasehold constraints — completing the entire project, from design to delivery, in under 9 months.
